However, if a wrong item, is damaged in transit or any defects we will be happy to accept exchanges and returns. Please contact us and we will do our best to help you. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, there is no need to worry, upon delivery you have 48 hours to contact our complaints department to make your return. Your item must be returned with the original outer packaging and order receipt (keep a copy for your records).
