Gift Cards & Vouchers Policy

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this gift card & voucher policy:

We/Us – Awesome Kitchenwares Ltd;
Partner – GiftUp;
Website – awesomekitchenware.com;
Gift Cards – Digital or printed card with cash a balance issued by our Partner;
Vouchers – Digitally generated certificate with a cash balance issued by Us or our Partner;
Coupons – Digitally generated code issued by Us;
Issuer – Us or our partner, GiftUp;

Terms and Conditions

Minimun purchase amount is £20 GBP, and gift card values should be purchased in multiples of 5 and 10;
The use of the Gift Cards, Vouchers or Coupons can only be redeemed online;
Gift Cards, Voucher and Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts;
Gift Cards, Vouchers and Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment;
Gift Cards, Vouchers and Coupons can be used for full or partial payments where applicable;
There are no fees or charges on Coupons or Vouchers, but Gift Cards issued by our Partner will incur a fee or charge of 3.49% of the Gift Card value;
There is no expiry dates or validity on our Giftcards, Vouchers or Coupons;
Shipping cost is not included;

Consumer Rights

Gift Cards or Voucher balances cannot be refunded and balances can be checked by clicking link “Check your gift card balance” and entering your Gift Cards code on the following page – https://awesomekitchenware.com/gift-cards.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards must be reported immediately by contacting Us on the contact details above.
Gift Cards, Vouchers, and Coupons can only be replaced with Vouchers, but We do require your previous purchase email confirmation before issuing a replacement.

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
