Where Is My Order?

1. Track your order

Just go to ‘My Orders‘, log in, and select the order you’d like to track.

Click the ‘Track Parcel‘ button.

If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, no problem! There may be a delay with the update of your tracking, but it should update soon. Please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. 

 

2. Check the estimated delivery date

You’ll find this date in your Order Confirmation email or by checking ‘My Orders‘.

Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date.

 

3. I’m still waiting for my order

Has your estimated delivery date already passed?

Please give us a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times)! Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we’ll do our best to help you.

Please note: if part of your order is shipped from the EU or US, these items will be delivered by Standard Delivery. These items’ arrival times may vary from your Awesome Kitchenwares UK items. You’ll see the estimated delivery date(s) at the checkout and which warehouse your items are coming from on the product and checkout pages. Your order number will be the same for all items regardless of where they are shipped from, meaning you’ll be able to track all your parcels as normal.

 

Just one more thing…

We aim to meet these delivery times, but during busy periods (including sales), deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally, tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, may affect these delivery services for a limited time, resulting in changes to our cut-off times and/or delivery times. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Awesome Kitchenwares cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
