Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

If you’ve placed an order using Clearpay, you won’t be given the option to cancel it. Once your item has arrived, you can request a refund and then send it back. Find more info on returning with Clearpay here

For all of our other payment options, there are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order:

  • Express Delivery – Up to 4 Hours after completing your order.
  • Standard Delivery & all other delivery options – up to 12 hours after completing your order.

If any of your items are sold and shipped by an AWKIT Partner, you have 30 minutes after completing your order to cancel it.

Cancel an order

1. Go to ‘My Orders‘ and select the order you’re looking to cancel.

2. If the button next to an order says ‘Cancel/View‘, you still have time to cancel – simply click this button, and your order status will change to ‘Cancelled‘.

If the Cancel button is not available, it’s too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel your order. However, you can return your item after it arrives. Find more information on how to return here.

Want to redirect your parcel or not going to be in?

While changing the delivery address isn’t possible after the order is placed, there are alternative delivery options you can arrange with some of our UK delivery partners, including delivery to a neighbor, delivery to a safe place, or a collection from a specified location – these will differ depending on the delivery partner.

You can check and arrange for the available alternative delivery options using the link in the delivery update email you’ll receive from our delivery partner or using the tracking number and the delivery partner’s website or app.

Just one more thing…

When you place an order with AWKIT, the funds are reserved for us – we don’t actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and processed at our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we don’t take the money. However, it may take up to 10 working days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
